"Mr. Mendez demonstrated, in Federal Court, an unsurpassed ability to effectively communicate the methodology and justification of the computed economic damages. Mr. Mendez interacted with the jury better than I have seen an expert witness do in many years. He was also superb in disarming opposing counsel and his challenges and conflicting theories. Mr. Mendez was a great asset for us and significantly impacted our ability to achieve a positive outcome for our client."

"Mr. Mendez performed complex and sustainable models for lost wages that greatly enhanced our ability to settle our case. The information was clear and precise, including identification and expansion of several issues significantly reducing the opposing claim."
